Every project below has a defined output, a fixed price band, and a delivery timeline. You sign a scope statement before work starts so there are no surprises on either side. If your project does not fit a standard type, scope a custom engagement.

Investor deck financials

Slides 8-14 of any investor deck: revenue forecast, unit economics, cash runway, use of funds, milestones. Built with you so the founder can defend every number in the room.

Raising an angel round, pre-seed, seed, or Series A. You have a draft deck but the finance pages are weak.

Full financial model

Three-statement model (P&L, balance sheet, cashflow) with 36-60 month projection, scenario analysis, sensitivity tables, valuation outputs. The model your investors and lenders ask for.

Business is running tight on cash and you need an independent view on what to cut, what to chase, and what to negotiate. Not insolvency advice (that needs a regulated practitioner).

Scoping call

45 minutes. You tell us what you need, we test the brief, we give you the price band and timeline.

Engagement letter

Scope, deliverable, price, milestones, retention period. Signed before work starts. 50% on signature.

Build and check-ins

We build. Two structured check-ins along the way so you do not see the output for the first time at the end.

04

Hand-over

Final deliverable, walk-through call, source files (Excel or Sheets, never PDF only). Remaining 50% on hand-over.

Common questions

Advisory questions founders ask first.

Why not just use my regular accountant for this?
Bookkeeping accountants record the past. Advisory work models the future. Different skill, different output. If your monthly accountant can build the model you need, use them. If they cannot, we step in for the project and step out again.
How do you scope a project before quoting?
45-minute scoping call. You tell us what decision the output needs to support. We ask the questions that determine effort: complexity of revenue lines, number of entities, depth of scenario analysis. Price band quoted on the call, fixed quote within 48 hours.
What if the project takes longer than estimated?
Price is fixed once the engagement letter is signed. If we mis-scoped, we eat the difference. If you change the scope (new requirement, new entity, new scenario), we re-quote the delta before doing the extra work.
Can you sign an NDA before the scoping call?
Yes. We have a mutual NDA template we use. Send us your version if you prefer. We sign before any commercially sensitive information moves.
Do you do investor introductions?
No. We are independent advisers, not a placement agent. We can refer you to UAE-based corporate finance houses if you need brokered introductions. Our work stops at making your numbers and story investor-ready.
Do you do insolvency or restructuring work?
No. UAE insolvency requires a licensed restructuring practitioner. UK insolvency requires an Insolvency Practitioner under the Insolvency Act 1986. We refer to specialists. We can model the cashflow case that helps you decide whether to engage one.
